Yīxué yánjiū zhèngmíng, 

医学研究证明,

rénlèi shuìmián yǒu qí tèdìng de jīzhì, 

人类睡眠有其特定的机制, 

human sleep has its specific mechanism, 


zìrán xǐng shì zuì fúhé réntǐ shēngwùzhōng guīlǜ de.

自然醒是最符合人体生物钟规律的。

Guāngxiàn shì zìrán xǐng de bìyào tiáojiàn,

Medical research has proved that human sleep has its specific mechanism, and natural awakening is the most in line with the laws of the body's biological clock. Light is a necessary condition for natural awakening and a biological alarm clock in the human body. In the morning, the human body feels the gradual increase in the sun's rays, and the metabolism speeds up. People gradually transition from deep sleep to light sleep until they wake up.

This is the reason why people often like to sleep in on rainy days. The tense modern life prevents many people at work from enjoying a relaxing and comfortable sleep and waking up naturally. The use of alarm clocks becomes extremely important.

However, experimental studies have shown that people's responses to the two ways of waking up naturally and being awakened by an alarm clock are very different.

When transitioning from a sleep state to a waking state, a person's breathing will increase from 16 beats/minute to 24 beats/minute, and the heartbeat will speed up 10 times per minute. If you are suddenly awakened by an alarm clock, you will be psychologically flustered, depressed, and feel unwakeful and other discomfort. If you are suddenly awakened from deep sleep, your short-term memory and calculation skills will be affected. These abilities are at most 65% of the normal state, which is equivalent to a drunk person.
