According to reports, medical experts have conducted a new study, which found that because people’s nutritional intake in a weekand diet patterns will affect their weight changes, so dieters' weight fluctuates up and down within a week.
A total of 80 adults between the ages of 25-62 participated in this study. Researchers classified them into three types based on their relative weight changes: weight loss, weight gain, and weight maintainer. These adults weigh themselves every day after getting up and before breakfast.
In order to ensure reliability, only those who have weighed themselves for at least 7 consecutive days will be included in the analysis. The shortest time for follow-up investigation of these volunteers is 15 days and the longest is 330 days.
Research results show that the weight changes of these people show a clear pattern, that is, weight increases after the weekend and weight loss during the working day (it reaches its lowest point on Friday).
The researchers also unexpectedly discovered that weight loss and weight gainers have significantly different weight fluctuation patterns.
